Terms of Service
The terms that govern employer and worker use of the Trade Health platform.
Last updated: September 1, 2026 (draft — pending legal review)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an employer account, enrolling as a worker, or otherwise using Trade Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Trade Health is a business-layer subscription platform that connects employers and their workers to telehealth care. Employers pay a per-employee monthly fee to enroll their workforce; enrolled workers get video access to a licensed physician and can view their visit results in a secure portal. Clinical care — scheduling, video visits, charting, and medical records — is provided by your licensed provider, not by Trade Health directly.
Phase 1 of Trade Health is limited to a single state (Idaho) and a single founding provider. It is a web-only service; there is no native mobile app.
Trade Health is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Accounts and Roles
The platform has separate account types for employers, workers, providers, and administrators. Employer accounts manage billing and the worker roster; they do not have access to any worker’s clinical information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Employer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate roster information (name and work email) for each enrolled worker
- Keep the roster current as employees join or leave, which affects billing
- Not attempt to access, request, or infer any worker’s clinical or visit information
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user’s account or another employer’s roster
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, including through screen scraping or automated access to our clinical systems
- Impersonate any person or entity, including a worker or a provider
6. Subscription and Billing
Employer subscriptions are billed monthly on a per-employee basis through Stripe. Charges are prorated automatically as your roster changes during a billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at signup.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms. Employers may cancel their subscription at any time; access for enrolled workers ends at the close of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRADE HEALTH DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE; ALL CLINICAL JUDGMENT IS THAT OF THE LICENSED PROVIDER YOU CONSULT THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE HEALTH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. We will post the revised terms here and update the “Last updated” date above.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
